Billing, Cancellation & Refunds
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Everything about how Inventory Openly memberships are billed, how to cancel, and how refunds work.
Free trial
Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial. A credit or debit card is required to start the trial, and you can cancel before the trial ends without being charged. During the trial you can use every feature of Inventory Openly.
Membership pricing
After the trial, continued use requires a monthly membership of $4.97 USD per month, billed through Stripe. Memberships renew automatically each month until you cancel. A complimentary (free) membership may be granted at our discretion; comped accounts are not charged.
How to cancel
Cancel any time from your account: open Billing, then use Manage billing to open the Stripe customer portal and cancel. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period — you keep access until then, and there is nothing more to return or uninstall.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it automatically. During the retry period your access continues for a grace window; if payment ultimately fails, adding or editing inventory is paused until billing is updated. Your inventory is never deleted because of billing.
Refunds
Because every account begins with a free trial, charges are generally non-refundable. That said, we review refund requests case by case — if you were charged in error or something went wrong, email bill@earydigital.com within 14 days of the charge and we will make it right.
