Terms of Service

Last updated: October 4, 2026

By creating an account or using Inventory Openly, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.

Your account

You must provide a valid email address and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Accounts begin with a 7-day free trial. Continued use after the trial requires an active membership, unless your account has been granted a complimentary membership.

Your content

You own the content you upload — your spaces, sections, items, photos, and notes. You grant Inventory Openly a limited license to store and display that content back to you, solely to operate the service for you.

You represent that you have the right to upload any photo or information you add to your inventory.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Inventory Openly for unlawful purposes, to attempt to access another account's inventory, or to interfere with the service. We may pause or remove accounts that violate these rules.

What Inventory Openly is — and is not

Inventory Openly is a record-keeping tool: it helps you document what you own and where it is. It is not an appraisal, insurance, or valuation service. Values you enter are your own estimates, and you are responsible for the accuracy of your records.

Service limitations

The service is provided "as is." We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inventory Openly and EaryDigital are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or losses arising from inaccurate or incomplete inventory records.

Ending your account

You may cancel your membership at any time (see Billing, Cancellation & Refunds). Canceling never deletes your inventory. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
